Jenna + Ian: Niagara Winery Wedding at Inn on the Twenty

Jenna + Ian's Niagara wedding celebration was at the lovely Inn on the Twenty in Jordan Village, Ontario ... where some of the most beautiful Niagara wine country weddings take place!
The colour palette for the day was our ever popular 'Breeze' featuring shades of grape, eggplant, mulberry, light cranberry with some champagne and honeydew melon mixed in. We loved the bouquets and the centerpieces were gorgeous in the Windows Room!
We wish Jenna + Ian many blessings in their marriage journey ... it was a pleasure to be a part of your wedding celebration!
Jenna's bridal bouquet ... with her grandmother's broach that we tied into the stem! We really love these personal details ...
The bridesmaid's bouquet ...
These centerpieces looked amazing in The Windows Room ... instead of the traditional glass votives around the base, we raised a couple of pillar candles to spill their warm light on each table!
We designed a Manzanita tree on the credenza in foyer ... a nice 'entrance' piece as this is the area where the guests first arrived.
Carey + Courtney: Niagara on the Lake Wedding at Pillar and Post

Carey + Courtney celebrated their Niagara on the Lake wedding ceremony in The Gallery upstairs at the Pillar and Post Hotel. After the ceremony, their guests were invited to the Upper Canada Room for cocktails and an evening dinner reception.
The colour palette for the day was ‘Spirit’ featuring shades of bright pink with accents of fresh green and shots of white. We were going for a contemporary yet vintage romantic feel!
Late winter weddings in Niagara-on-the-Lake are so fun ... thanks to Carey + Courtney for letting us share in their big day!
The bride and bridesmaid's bouquets …
Carey + Courtney were married in The Gallery room upstairs at Pillar and Post ... our custom one-of-a-kind Shepherd's Hooks lined the aisle!
We designed a Manzanita branch 'Wishing Tree' in the cocktail area just outside the Upper Canada Room ... guests used the tree to share advice or give their best wishes to the happy couple! A nice alternative to the traditional guestbook.

Continuing along in our 'Best of 2009' series, it's time to share some of our favourite centerpieces from our 2009 wedding season!
Next to your bouquet, centerpieces are probably THE most important floral element of your wedding celebration as it’s the ambience at your reception that makes your wedding truly extraordinary! Centerpieces are our favourite aspect of any wedding as this is where the ‘look and feel’ of your wedding really comes together!
So, let's get started ... 'Bliss' is a colour palette that we first introduced in 2009. Bliss features smooth and creamy shades of melon, peach, blush and vanilla.
Sabina + Craig were married on a perfectly sunny Saturday afternoon in an intimate wedding ceremony at the Gazebo in Niagara on the Lake ... a totally unique and picturesque location for a Niagara wedding celebration! An outdoor evening dinner reception followed at Chateau des Charmes Winery in Niagara on the Lake!
We had the pleasure of designing for an event at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Performance Lexus of St. Catharines was hosting a cocktail reception and concert to thank it's customers for their loyalty ...
Brad + Kevin's intimate Niagara wedding ceremony took place at one of the great hidden gems you can only find in Niagara's wine country ... The Good Earth Cooking School and Food Company!
Nikki + Will tied the knot and celebrated in style at the lovely Pillar and Post (one of the Vintage Hotels) in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario!

Ahhhh .... the sun is shining, the snow has melted and the smell of spring is in the air!!! How apropos that we're finishing up our 'Best Wedding Bouquets' series with one of our all-time most requested colour palettes ... 'Forest'.
Forest is a palette that not only conveys colour, but is elemental and full of texture as well. Forest incorporates fresh greens, woody bark and soft earth tones and evokes tactile sensations of natural ... fern, birch, mulch and moss.

Forest has a distinctly natural feel and is as much colour palette as it is a textural palette ...

This time we're going to share some of our favourite bridal bouquets from 2009 that feature our 'Passion' colour palette.
Passion is a blend of rich shades of crimson, merlot and raspberry accented with chocolate or midnight black ... a very lush and romatic palette ... deep, saturated and intense.
